Rainer joined us in the middle of the wildest Christmas rush and has an impressive CV: from Michelin-starred cuisine and product development of a vegan entrecote at an innovative food start-up to molecular cuisine and fine French cuisine. Over the past 20 years, Rainer has demonstrated his culinary skills in various regions and countries.
In his cooking, Rainer particularly loves fish and enjoys experimenting with fermentation. His favourite place in Berlin is his football club Rotation Prenzlauer Berg, where he loves to kick a ball. What Rainer appreciates about Wild & Wiese is the creative freedom and the open ear for innovative ideas. He loves making processes more efficient and creating structures.
