„The Cuckoo“

Franz is an old hand at Wild & Wiese and has been a permanent member of the team since 2019. Born in Rostock, he has a love of detail, an easy-going manner and a dry sense of humour. He has been passionate about cooking, especially cakes, since the 7th grade. Today, his favourite dish is stirred polenta with nut butter and truffles.


Franz is often inspired by great food pictures and loves photography and skating. In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his ten-year-old daughter. What Franz appreciates about Wild & Wiese is that he has enough time for his family. His Berlin recommendation: sit with friends in front of a Späti and take in the surroundings.
