Chris, our chef de partie, is not only a chef, but also a trained tax clerk. Originally from Brandenburg, he moved to Berlin, where he learnt the catering trade from scratch. His passion is home-style cooking, especially Labskaus.
After a detour into the world of finance and a second apprenticeship as a chef, Chris explored the world, especially the Alps. Today he appreciates the small, select team at Wild & Wiese and the co-operation with his old friend Franz. In his free time, Chris loves everything to do with water and enjoys spending time in the Spreewald or on the Müggelsee. Ahoy Chris, we’re glad to have you on board!
