Opening Chapel&Pool

The opening of a new partner location was duly celebrated in the hallowed halls of the Chapel & Pool with 150 invited guests.

After the presentation in the church, we served a flying menu, here are some excerpts from it: Black savoury mini waffle with salmon sashimi, avocado, passion fruit & shiso, Confit chervil bulb with yellow beetroot, Black Forest miso chestnut foam, Perigord truffle & nut butter, Sea salt cod on herb side mushrooms, fire beans, Roscoff onions & miso crème and Passion fruit crème brûlée with pepper, raspberries & dark chocolate ice cream.
