The theme of the gala dinner for 150 people at the Malzfabrik was ‘Jaipur’. In keeping with this, we provided culinary accompaniments including Pani Puri Beef Tatar in a crispy coating, pickled egg yolk & mango chutney. Variations of beef with green mint yoghurt, crunchy broccoli, truffle celery & candied summer cherries and Choux – cream puffs with almond cream, strawberry sorbet, fresh berries & edible elderflowers.
