We have been accompanying Acatech, the German Academy of Technical Sciences, with our wild delicacies for several years and have been able to host various company celebrations and anniversaries. We served a flying menu for around 500 guests at the Konzerthaus Berlin in October 2023.
Among other things, there were: spring rolls with avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and jalapeno; crostini with pulled ox breast and apple chutney, bean and bacon salad with quail egg, and shaved parmesan and saltimbocca di pollo on creamy rosemary polenta with oven-baked tomatoes. Dessert included rosemary chocolate brûlée with port plums and pepper. It was an evening that will not only be remembered for its culinary aspects. Thank you Acatech for your loyalty over the years!
