When Armani Beauty, partner of the 74th Berlinale International Film Festival, serves up in the press café, Wild & Wiese are on board thanks to their collaboration with the renowned event agency Nowadays. It was an honor to provide culinary support for this exclusive event. Armani Beauty brought together a top-class guest group of actors, directors, models, musicians, celebrities,and content creators.
We showed up in style rolling out a glamourous dinner: the opening credits were filled with confit chervil in pumpernickel; Black Forest miso chestnut foam;Perigord truffles and nut butter crumble; yellow pickled beet slices;and purple potato chips. The sous-vide cooked veal in a wild herb coating. Shiso iced barley, pumpkin puree,and port wine jus werealso able to shine as the main actors together with the vegan version of parsnip millefeuille, sweet potato, potato tree cake, wild broccoli, pepper,and cherry juis. For the sweet ending:we serve cheesecake with beer variations, raspberry ice cream, whole grain crumble,and yuzu gel. After dinner,there was a party and a live performance by the Dutch-Iranian artist and musician Sevdaliza. An all-around successful evening -thank you Nowadays & Armani Beauty for contributing to it.
