Wild & Wiese began its journey in the picturesque Brandenburg Forest with just two people in a forest clearing – a start that was as charming as it was spontaneous! Today, we are proud to have grown organically and currently employ a team of 10 permanent staff.

To realise our diverse events, we rely on a pool of highly qualified freelancers in the areas of kitchen, service and logistics. These flexible teams complement our permanent staff perfectly and ensure that every event is a success.

Thanks to many years of collaboration with freelancers who are not only technically skilled but also share our corporate philosophy, we can draw on solid experience and expertise that is evident in every detail of our events.
We also have a broad network of co-operation partners in the areas of decoration, lighting and sound technology as well as exhibition stand construction. These partnerships enable us to offer a wide range of services and develop customised event solutions.
