Tracy has travelled the longest way to Wild & Wiese. She came to Berlin from the USA in 2020 and found her place in our wild kitchen. Her love of art, creativity and good food made her the perfect addition to our team. Tracy has been training as a chef since August 2022 and inspires us with her passion for spicy broths and Asian cuisine.

In her free time, Tracy enjoys exploring the nature around Berlin and loves museums. Her favourite German food is goulash, mainly spicy. What she likes about Wild & Wiese is the family atmosphere and the team spirit. Thank you, Tracy, for making our team and our events spicier every day!
